The Pinot Noir 2005 is a crowd pleasing balanced lush wine. The fruit aromas black cherry combines with aromas of cigar, and spice in the nose. It exhibits beautiful sweet cherry, red raspberry flavors, and hints of cranberry in its lingering aftertaste. Its balanced structure reveals good acidity, and modest tannins making it a wonderful food wine.
This wine is a powerhouse with commanding fruit flavors, including black & bing cherries, black current and a hint of caramel. With an enticing blend of fruit and floral aromas in the nose, this is by far the best wine to date from the Victoria block of our vineyard.
Good from the get go was one taster’s take. Tantalizing aromas of caramel, cardamom, cedar, oak vanillin and tobacco lead to a round, smooth, slightly sweet, black cherry, and pomegranate taste.
Another beautiful Oregon Pinot Noir from Cubanisimo Vineyards. Bright acidity with crisp cherry, bosc pear & pomegranate notes throughout. Fades into a lingering black currant finish with light tannins.
Nice crimson moderate body and soft floral nose. Layered chocolate, cherry wine with a hint of raspberry and soft pepper flavors. Has a smooth elegant aftertaste.
